Brief
A private landowner in Ballarat engaged URBANSCALE to manage the subdivision of a large tract of vacant residential land. Working with our team of collaborators, we organised a site survey; completed a site analysis and design response; provided multiple subdivision options to our client; prepared a planning permit application for the preferred layout; and engaged various contractors to undertake works to service the new lots.
